Job summary
LayerZero Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for an onsite role in Aurora, OH.
The successful candidate will manage shipping, receiving, and transfer orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, coordinating with Materials, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure smooth material flow. Requirements include 2+ years in shipping/logistics operations, strong organization, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Experience using ERP systems to process transactions and investigate issues.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process shipping, receiving, transfer order, and inventory transactions in BC.
- Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are documented in ERP systems.
- Validate receiving documentation and shipment paperwork for accuracy.
- Maintain organized shipping/receiving documentation.
- Own day-to-day transfer order coordination across facilities.
- Investigate and resolve PO discrepancies and transaction issues.
