Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the top priority and follow all policies.
• Oversee daily operational inspections and equipment checks.
• Supervise sorting/handling/processing of plant by-products.
• Manage the operation teams and daily activity reports.
• Maintain waste-tracking forms and client-facing communications.
• Support training and auditing of assigned employees.
• Assist with process improvements and client service requests.
