Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking an SH&E Specialist to join our on-site team at the Franklin facility. The role focuses on hands-on field engagement and a disciplined, systems-based safety approach to protect employees and the community.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, program development, incident investigations, and regulatory interpretation. A Bachelor's in Safety or related field with 3+ years experience is preferred, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety preferred.
• 3+ years’ related experience in industrial safety, health, or environment.
• Experience communicating safety incidents, investigations, and corrective actions to employees and leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office with ability to create reports and present data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report S&H data to leaders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to reduce hazards.
