Kyndryl is seeking an Onsite ServiceNow Architect/Developer in Upper Arlington, Ohio, to lead enterprise-scale design and execution for a federal-style client. You will define platform standards, develop complex workflows, and ensure security and governance across the ServiceNow environment.

The role requires hands-on development, architectural leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders. A US citizen or green card holder is required and the position is fully onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with deep ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
• Onsite work in Columbus, OH.
• Experience with FedRAMP or regulated government cloud environments.
• Ability to lead technical work sessions and translate requirements into designs.

Responsabilités

• Define technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform aligned with CSDM and best practices.
• Design and develop custom scoped apps, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, ACLs, data encryption, and secure coding standards.
• Lead design and implementation of integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, REST/SOAP.
• Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure platform health and upgradeability.
• Collaborate with Engagement Lead and stakeholders to translate requirements into design documents and specs.
