Atlas Copco in Austin, TX is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our technology solutions. You will report to the Site Manager, conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, and install equipment while ensuring safety and documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1–3 years in a relevant technical field, and strong customer-facing skills. English fluency and the ability to use reporting software are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; AS degree preferred or military equivalent acceptable.
• 1-3 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical documentation and interpret drawings; fluent in English; able to use computer software to record data and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
