Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead systemwide social media strategy and execution from Grand Rapids. You will manage a hands-on team responsible for creating, editing, producing and publishing content, guided by audience insights and performance data.

You will define channel strategies, measure impact with KPIs, and ensure content aligns with brand voice, accessibility and quality standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive professional experience in social media and digital content space.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams with expertise in social media strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develops and leads the systemwide organic social media strategy in support of marketing priorities.
• Manages and mentors a growing team creating, editing, producing, publishing and optimizing social content.
• Defines channel strategies, audiences, objectives and content approaches across Mary Free Bed social platforms.
• Responsible for social media measurement and reporting, establishing KPIs and benchmarks.
• Owns the social editorial calendar balancing campaigns, evergreen content and timely opportunities.
• Translates performance data and audience insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborates with writers, designers, photographers, videographers and marketing strategists.
• Leads and develops scalable social media standards, workflows and best practices.
