Job summary

Grimm Co is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project management processes for construction and environmental remediation across New Jersey. The role demands a minimum of 10 years of experience, along with proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong communication skills. The Sr. PM will oversee budget, schedules, and safety protocols to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of successful project management experience.
• Must have three years of related field experience and two years of onsite Quality Control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite project execution safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Build and run the Project Management Plan involving scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
• Control scope using WBS/work packages and manage contract requirements.

Skills

Ability to interpret technical procedures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Persuasion and negotiation skills

Primavera P6 scheduling experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or construction management

Professional certification (PMP, PE, or PG)
