Job summary

Raytheon EOIRS seeks a Program Chief Engineer in the U.S. to lead airborne processing systems programs. You will manage technical baselines, schedules, and budgets within the USAF program Directorate, ensuring performance and risk mitigation.

Qualified candidates will have a STEM degree, 8+ years in related roles, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Travel about 10% and onsite work in McKinney, TX are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with airborne electronics design, integration and test, flight qualification, deployment and production.
• Experience presenting technical data and solutions.
• Ability to lead across multi-disciplinary engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical baselines and roadmaps; engage customers; develop product line strategy.
• Oversee program lifecycles: Production, Field Support, EMD, Tech Transition, IR&D.
• Lead cost, schedule, and budget reviews; provide technical recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate across design disciplines, supplier management, and program leadership.
• Travel ~10% as required.
