Job summary
VTG seeks a Senior Product Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Washington, DC. Onsite at the Navy Yard with occasional telework, the role turns product support data into executable schedules, plans, leadership briefings, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- US citizen status required.
- Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with required experience.
- Experience in Product Support Management or life-cycle support.
- Ability to interpret contracts, SOWs, data requirements and schedules.
- Strong technical writing and senior-level briefing skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Government leads to align IMS activities and deliverables.
- Translate complex logistics data into actionable plans, metrics, and briefs.
- Act as liaison with Navy centers to align program priorities.
- Apply IPS knowledge to design interface, maintenance, and supply planning.
- Support life-cycle sustainment documents and analyses as needed.
- Prepare decision-quality briefings for senior leaders.
