Job summary

RealManage is a technology-driven HOA management company seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to uphold property upkeep, safety, and appearance with the Maintenance Manager. You will focus on preventative care, timely repairs, and ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents.

Candidates should have 4+ years of maintenance experience, and proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and related trades. English proficiency is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting required.
• Experience with cleaning, locks, and gutters highly desired.
• Must speak, read, and write English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
