Qualifications

• Experience building targets and network development.
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written) to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.

• Establish the integrated deployment baseline.
• Assess site and test readiness.
• Integrate, deploy, and demonstrate the end-to-end capability.
• Perform test and evaluation for the system of systems.
• Develop the transition package.
• Produce, review, and refine intelligence products.
