Roles & Responsibilities:

Position: The Intelligence Mission Enablement Department is seeking an intelligence professional to apply business process engineering skills and intelligence analysis to create an intelligence analysis capability for a federal agency. The position entails applying technical and process innovations to integrate existing networks, data platforms, and Agentic AI proof of concepts into an end-to-end configuration and conduct operational test and evaluation:

  • Establish the integrated deployment baseline
  • Assess site and test readiness
  • Integrate, deploy, and demonstrate the end-to-end capability
  • Perform test and evaluation for the system of systems
  • Develop the transition package

You will also help design an intelligence analysis capability that transforms sponsor-authorized Law enforcement data and other approved intelligence information into timely, objective, technically rigorous, and decision-ready intelligence products.

  • Understand and define the intelligence requirements
  • Establish the technical intelligence baseline
  • Produce, review, and refine intelligence products
  • Refine intelligence cycle product curation

The Team: You will be working at the sponsor site the majority of the time. Although you will be working with a large MITRE team at the sponsor site, you will be collaborating with personnel from federal agencies across the government.

Being part of a team of trusted advisors to the sponsor, you will help modernize workflows for finding, processing, and disseminating information. The officer will also help the customer incorporate improved tools and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
  • Intelligence Community and Inter-Agency experience with a deep familiarity with the intelligence domains and multi-int fusion
  • Demonstrated technical skills as applied to intelligence requirements with a strong knowledge of the intelligence community and intelligence processes
  • Experience in building targets and network development.
  • Experience in composing threat information and reporting.
  • Experience in intelligence analysis and regional studies; policy, conflict resolution, or research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and the ability to convey complex ideas to others in a concise and clear manner
  • Must have an active Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Government’s eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance.
  • This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SIGINT / RF background.
  • Spanish language fluency.
  • Watch or Operations Center/ Intel Fusion Cell experience.
  • Experience developing and improving business processes.

Salary compensation range and midpoint:

$116,400 - $145,500 - $174,600 Annual
