Active Top Secret/SCI w/Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Lead development and improvement of a repeatable Technical Evaluation Framework.
Develop metrics, benchmarks, scoring criteria, and decision models.
Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for investment or retirement.
Assess environments to identify gaps, risks, and interdependencies.
Develop executive decision-support products and governance materials.
Establish a reusable repository of evaluations and evidence.
