You will apply engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to analyze current processes, outline improvements, and implement installations to meet project goals.

5+ years as Industrial Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with labor standards, automation, WMS/WCS/WES.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and optimize processes including layout design and inventory flow.
Develop labor standards using MOST and time studies.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
Design equipment layouts and oversee installation per schedule.
