Job summary

3P Partners in Salinas, CA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support employees and leaders. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will lead a two-person team and oversee HRIS, leave administration, and benefits.

The position is onsite five days per week in California’s Central Coast region, and the successful candidate will advise leaders, improve HR processes, and stay close to the details while partnering with Payroll, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing HR professionals.
Strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes, and data management.
Sound judgment when handling confidential employee information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop two team members supporting leave administration, benefits, and employee experience.
Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, performance, and employee engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and an advocate for employees.
Work with the broader HR team and other departments to deliver consistent service and administer HR programs.
Identify trends in workforce data and recommend practical improvements.
