Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer V for onsite assignment in Hickory, NC. You will develop and manage equipment upgrade plans, control systems, and building automation, while coordinating with outside vendors and contractors.

This role requires 10+ years in facilities project management, a BS in Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facilities-related project management experience.
• BS Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans (scope, schedule, cost estimates, procurement/contracting strategy, project acceptance criteria, etc.) for facilities related projects.
• Provide project management and coordination for key facilities projects.
• Assist in the evaluation and verify justification for projects.
• Establish project teams working with plant and/or outside contractors.
• Prepare and route Appropriation Requests as necessary.
• Provide periodic project updates to Plant Personnel and Staff.
• Support Plant Safety and Environmental Programs.
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory and internal company policies.
