Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to act as the site electrical and controls subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and mentoring across the maintenance organization. This fully onsite role requires hands-on troubleshooting, commissioning, and capital improvements for complex equipment.

You will diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and control systems, develop procedures, and support safe, reliable operations while guiding Tech I and Tech II staff and coordinating

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related technical discipline required.
• Demonstrated expert-level electrical and controls troubleshooting capability.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift, move, and manipulate items weighing up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and controls-related equipment failures.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Lead equipment commissioning, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
• Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and industrial control systems.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures, troubleshooting standards, and technical documentation.
• Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to Tech I and Tech II personnel.
