Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a fully onsite maintenance technician in Morehead, KY. The role requires advanced troubleshooting and repair skills on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with guidance for electrical controls.

You will perform preventive maintenance, install components, and maintain records in the CMMS. Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical field, be able to read schematics, and be willing to work off-shifts.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a technical field required.
Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
Able to work independently and as part of the team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance activities.
Independently complete mechanical repairs, modifications, and component replacements.
Independently troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, devices, and controls under guidance of Tech III personnel.
Assist in installation of electrical components, machine wiring, sensors, and controls.
Maintain equipment records and complete work orders in the CMMS.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Assist with training and development of Tech I personnel.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with support areas to resolve issues.
