Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Industrial Control Systems in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV and Schneider Electric Foxboro DCS/ICS.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day onsite support for DeltaV and Foxboro DCS/ICS systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues to maintain reliability.
Configure and optimize control strategies, alarms, trends, and system databases.
Support plant operations during production, turnarounds, startups, and maintenance.
Perform system backups, updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
Implement changes per MOC procedures and document activities.
Coordinate with vendors and engineers during upgrades and maintenance.
Maintain cybersecurity awareness and site-standard compliance.
