Qualifications

• College degree or relevant field experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities across preconstruction, bidding, and execution.
• Manage procurement of bonds, insurance, and project contracts.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cash flow; monitor change orders.
• Coordinate with VDC/BIM, pre-fab, and field teams to ensure constructability and timely delivery.
