Job summary

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting, coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of commercial PM experience, strong knowledge of building systems and MEP coordination, and OSHA familiarity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Hospitality/fuelcenter/bigbox construction experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial buildings systems and MEP coordination.
• Tech savvy with current construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project communication.
