Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Claims Adjuster II to handle property and casualty claims on-site at the Kenosha headquarters. You will review, respond, and negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys, managing claims from basic to moderate complexity including bodily injury.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of claims handling experience, active licenses in required states, and strong investigative/negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication with franchisees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six to eight years of claims handling experience.
• Licensing in all required states and maintaining accreditation.
• Strong investigative, analytic, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of claims administration for property and casualty claims.
• Coordinate claims to closure for company and franchise network worldwide.
• Investigate and evaluate damages and liability; negotiate settlements with claimants/attorneys.
• Establish reserves and manage files for prompt closure; liaison with carriers.
