Job summary

Truity Partners in the Waukesha County area seeks an Accounting Manager with 8+ years of accounting leadership to oversee operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver accurate financial statements.

This onsite role partners with the CFO, leads month-end close, develops staff, and drives process improvements using ERP and finance technology. A CPA/MBA is preferred. Competitive benefits and a high-visibility role in a tenured team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant accounting management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee accounting operations including financial reporting and internal controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes per GAAP.
• Manage, train, and develop accounting staff and promote accountability.
• Partner with the CFO to prepare financial reporting packages and audit schedules.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using ERP, finance tech, and standardized procedures.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls across domestic and international entities.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to operational leaders and senior management.
