Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an Engineering Technician for an 18-month contract in Austin, TX. The role involves testing and maintaining Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, and supporting R&D and production activities onsite.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and assist in setup/qualification of new semiconductor equipment, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and an associate degree or technical certification

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts.
