Job summary

Seoulstart in Phoenix is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain and upgrade semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment at customer sites. You will work with senior engineers on diagnostics, and collaborate with clients to understand process requirements, coordinating onsite activities to keep production running smoothly.

Based in the United States, you will travel to customer facilities and support equipment across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and plasma systems,

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment systems including electrical, vacuum, and mechanical.
• Ability to apply basic diagnostic techniques and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong customer communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor and display equipment at customer sites.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to assess issues with senior engineers.
• Collaborate with customers and senior engineers to understand process requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and plasma systems.
• Coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
