Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Utah (Sandy area) for M-F mornings at $23.50/hour. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory security experience.

A valid Utah driver’s license and clean driving record are needed. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, maintaining training standards, managing overtime, and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing
• Must be able to pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle
• One year of verifiable supervisory experience in security
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met
• Maintain overtime to minimum levels designated by AUS
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary
• Contribute to disciplinary decisions and cost-reduction recommendations
• Support post orders and physical security surveys as needed
