Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security operations for a client, including staffing, training, and ensuring contract compliance.

The role requires security experience, valid driver's license, and strong leadership, with a day shift schedule and hourly pay of $19.60. Applicants must be able to operate and train others on smart devices and meet age and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard is acceptable.
• Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets is acceptable.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for contract quality.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Discipline or commend personnel as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
