Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Utah. The role oversees all on-site security functions, supervises staff, and ensures contract compliance and training standards are met.

The candidate should have at least one year of security supervisory experience and be able to pass required licensing or training. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, training, and performance reviews; managing overtime; and ensuring safety and quality of service for the client site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state training/licensing as applicable.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level per AUS standards.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
