Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking a Resilience Officer in Tempe, AZ to ensure safety and security for client employees and property. You will perform access-control duties, engage with staff and visitors, and respond to emergencies on client sites with a focus on accuracy and professional conduct.

The role requires vigilant observation, reliable decision-making, and the ability to work independently on varied shifts.

Qualifications

Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
Must be 18+ years old per state guidelines.
Must pass extensive background check and drug screening.
Must have or be obtaining a guard card.
CPR/First aid certification preferred or in process.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide access control including verifying IDs and credentials at standing post.
Monitor for unusual activity and respond to emergencies on-site.
Coordinate with first responders during emergencies when needed.
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
Observe departing personnel to deter theft of company property.
Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Assist employees and create a safe, professional environment for visitors and clients.
Work independently and maintain high attentiveness and energy.
