Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking a Resilience Officer to join our security team in Tempe, AZ. The RO will act as an ambassador for Surefox and its clients, ensuring safety and security of employees and property across client facilities.

Responsibilities include access control, incident reporting, emergency response coordination, and providing high-level customer service while maintaining professional interactions with diverse individuals. Must pass background checks and have a guard card.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Minimum 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.
• Able to pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• Live within driving distance or relocate.
• Must have or be in the process of obtaining a guard card.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or be in the process.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Good judgement with timely and sound decisions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control operations and verify IDs; standing post.
• Watch for unusual activity and respond to emergencies on-site.
• Liaise with first responders during emergencies.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors and clients.
• Work independently and maintain attentiveness and energy.
