Surefox North America Inc is seeking a part-time Resilience Officer to ensure safety and security across client facilities. The role emphasizes access control, incident documentation, and professional interaction with staff and visitors.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, observational skills, and the ability to pass the required background checks and physical agility tests. Military or security experience is valued, with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be minimum 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Current guard card and CPR/First Aid certification are required or in process.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• Good judgement and timely decision making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass the Resilience Officer Physical Agility Test (ROPAT) prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control operations, including verifying IDs and credentials.
• Monitor entrances/exits and observe for unusual activity.
• Liaise with first responders during emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports documenting accidents and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors/clients.
• Maintain professionalism and respectful interactions with diverse personnel.
• Work independently and adapt to varying work-paces with high attentiveness.
