Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide access control including verifying IDs and credentials at standing post.

We are currently seeking individuals with military, law enforcement, or security experience to join our team as a Resilience Officer. You will be working on a variety of tasks and projects under the guidance of the Shift Supervisors and Area Managers for our top clients. As a Resilience Officer (RO), you will act as an ambassador for Surefox and its clients while being responsible for and ensuring the overall safety and security of our client's employees and property. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: access control, employee and guest engagement and verification measures, customer service level support and assistance, active patrolling and monitoring of client facilities, and responding to medical and non-medical emergency events. Additionally, you will be expected to keep detailed notes throughout any incident you are a part of and will be asked to compile these notes with your coworkers to create an incident report after the fact. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail as well as being highly dependable. To be successful in this position, you must be able to handle the physical demands of the role and the activity required as part of the static or foot patrol responsibilities of the various positions. An RO will also be expected to provide top-tier customer service when interacting with personnel on our client campuses and will be expected to have great communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to engage with a variety of individuals as part of your daily routine while ensuring that you are maintaining a professional and respectful interaction.
