Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Onsite Security Representative in Lihue, HI. Local candidates only; onsite position at 3250 Hoolimalima Pl, Lihue, HI 96766.

You will check out customers as they leave the Hertz property to ensure matching numbers on the vehicle and rental contract, and you will direct traffic and scan numbers with a handheld device. Responsibilities include working outdoors in all weather, providing polite customer service, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year customer service and security experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work various hours, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Onsite Security Representatives at Hertz work in the security booth at the exit of our lot. You will check out customers as they leave the Hertz property to ensure the customer has matching numbers on the vehicle and the rental contract. This includes directing traffic, scanning vehicle numbers into a handheld computer, dealing with customers in a polite, professional manner, working outside in all weather elements.

What You’ll Get

• Hourly Rate is $16.50
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment)

Educational Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
