Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Pittsburgh for an on-site, full-time role. The position supervises security personnel, ensures post orders are followed, and maintains high standards of customer service at client sites.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory and technology skills, prior security or military experience preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience. You will coordinate patrols, document incidents, and report to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to perform patrols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and site personnel; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and consult management as needed.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist with payroll submissions and personnel records.
• Ensure adequate post coverage and proper client communication.
• Prepare and file reports; inspect posts and brief subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
• Perform or delegate hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations as required.
