Job summary

Precision Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support an Accenture engagement in downtown Washington, DC. You will work with an Agile development team to remove blockers and facilitate ceremonies, translating business needs into clear user stories and ensuring quality and velocity.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in Agile environments, with onsite work five days a week to drive delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
• Experience using Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Onsite in downtown Washington, DC five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies with the team (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Guide the team in Agile and Lean-Agile practices.
• Identify blockers and collaborate to remove them.
• Support estimation and maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Translate business needs into user stories and maintain requirements.
• Assist with data mapping and requirements analysis.
• Track and manage team activities in Jira.
