Job summary

Precision Solutions, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Lean-Agile practices onsite five days a week. A Top Secret clearance is required.

You will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, help the team estimate work, ensure quality, and develop documentation and training materials while coordinating with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships).
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team.
• Agile Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices
• Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.Identifyand work to mitigate impediments
• Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective
• Guide the team in estimating the team’s work
• Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality,flow,and velocity
• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application quality
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist with data mapping
