Timebox Pro is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality products. You will empower teams, foster collaboration, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach on Scrum practices, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential for success in this onsite role at our Parsippany location.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an agile environment (3–5 years).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth agile processes.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Remove impediments that hinder progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team dynamics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the organization.
• Support team development through mentorship and guidance.
• Report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.
