Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a School Social Worker to act as a vital link between families, schools, and communities, delivering emotional, behavioral, and mental health support to help students access the general education curriculum. The role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, with a 35-hour school-day schedule and a contract length for the school year.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, is a Licensed MSW in Michigan, and has MI School Social Worker credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed MSW in Michigan required.
• MI School Social Worker credential required.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Multidisciplinary Evaluation Teams (MET).
• Participate in IEP team planning and goal setting.
• Provide instruction and coaching on evidence-based behavior interventions.
• Coordinate with families, schools and community resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
