E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team in Ridgecrest, CA for the 26/27 school year. You will assess students, create therapy plans, and deliver direct services across articulation, language, and AAC in a collaborative school setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and ASHA certification, with experience in K-12 or pediatric settings. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CA SLP license or eligibility required.
• ASHA Certification is required at time of hire.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers and families.
• Familiarity with AAC and related assistive technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support IEP goals.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and track outcomes.
