E-Therapy is seeking an onsite School Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Maple Park, IL for FMLA coverage from September 2026 to January 2027. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, serving K-12 students, with compensation starting at $47/hour.

IL license and NBCOT are required; candidate should be ready to collaborate with school staff and families. Join a mission-driven team delivering pediatric OT services in PreK-12 settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active IL OT license.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals with students, parents, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address needs.
• Monitor and document progress towards goals.
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff on strategies to promote participation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on holistic student support.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plans.
• Maintain timely documentation of therapy sessions and reports.
