E-Therapy is seeking an onsite School Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Algonquin, IL for FMLA coverage from August to October 2026. The role is part-time (15 hours/week, 2 days) with a starting rate of $47/hour, commensurate with experience. IL OT license and NBCOT are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Must hold valid IL Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification required.

• Strong communication and collaboration with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for PreK-12 students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Implement evidence-based pediatric OT interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams.
• Document sessions and progress reports timely.
