E-Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team in Aurora, IL for the 26/27 school year. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $45/hour and requires IL licensure and NBCOT certification.

You will collaborate with schools to deliver OT services to PreK-12 students, participate in IEP meetings, and document progress. The role emphasizes direct therapy, evaluation, goal setting, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support student development and classroom

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals with students, parents, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions to address students' needs and promote skill development.
• Monitor and document progress towards goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on strategies to promote participation in class.
