Job summary

CCI Group in Palm Beach, FL seeks ASL interpreters for school settings. Onsite role with consistent weekday availability—5 to 6 hour shifts across multiple schools each week. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel beyond 30 miles.

You will provide accurate, culturally appropriate interpretation for students, teachers, and staff; collaborate with educators; maintain confidentiality; and stay current with educational interpreting standards while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Video test will be requested.
• Experience in educational interpreting, preferably in K-12.
• Availability to work consistently on weekdays and flexibility to travel between schools.
• Strong punctuality and attendance record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A positive reputation within the local interpreting or educational community.
• A commitment to continuous learning and maintaining best practices in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, culturally appropriate ASL interpretation for students, teachers, and school staff.
• Support students in various classroom and school-related settings.
• Manage multiple school assignments each week, with flexibility to meet scheduling needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with educational interpreting standards.
