Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a well-known electric product manufacturer in Foxborough, MA, to hire a Supply Chain Planning Flow Controller for an onsite 6-month engagement. You will define and update supply/stock management for raw materials and components to ensure material availability for customers.

The role requires ERP experience, preferably SAP, and strong negotiation skills. You will also manage lead times, MRP, and supplier escalations to maintain uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience required.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain lead time, MRP, open order status, on-time delivery, and quality.
• Review MRP to ensure material availability and future forecast supply.
• First escalation level for supplier crisis management.
• Participate in negotiations with the supplier base who support their products.
