Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions seeks a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Business Process Lead to drive a major pharmaceutical manufacturing transformation in Billerica, MA.

You will own drug product manufacturing operations, align shop-floor processes with SAP configuration, and lead testing, go-live activities, while partnering with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and IT to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in Pharma or regulated manufacturing environments.
• SAP S/4HANA experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP PP, PP/PI, QM or Production Planning.
• Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades or transformations.
• Experience with UAT, go-live, hypercare, or process design.
• Experience with Production Planning, MRP, BOMs, Routings, and Master Data.
• Collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT.
• GMP/GxP-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with MES/LIMS/EBR as part of operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of manufacturing processes with global process owners.
• Translate operational requirements into SAP S/4HANA configuration.
• Validate master data from GMP perspective and ensure data integrity.
• Lead FIT-GAP, testing, UAT to ensure readiness and continuity.
• Train operators, update SOPs, support hypercare and adoption.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations.
