Sirio Americas is seeking an experienced SAP Business One (HANA) Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote support for SAP B1 across procurement, sales, production, inventory, and finance users at our US California manufacturing site.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of BOM, routing, MRP, WMS, and QC with a strong focus on cGMP/FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, CSV, and accurate master data. You'll collaborate with Quality, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years SAP B1 support experience (HANA preferred).
• Manufacturing environment with batch/lot traceability.
• Solid understanding of BOM structures, routing steps and MRP.
• Experience with warehouse hardware and barcode printers.
• Familiarity with CSV, 21 CFR Part 11 and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site and remote SAP B1 support for end-users across modules.
• Support BOM, routing, MRP, and WMS; manage QA/QC and lot/batch status checks.
• Troubleshoot barcode printing and label setups; maintain master data alignment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, and IT to maintain cGMP compliance.
