Job summary

Sanofi US Services in Massachusetts seeks a US MDM and Supply Chain Operations Specialist in Waltham to execute daily Master Data operations in SAP S/4HANA, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement across the R&D to GMP lifecycle.

You will work as a bridge between US operations, global digital teams, and external partners (EBIO, IDT, 3PL), handling material master data, BOMs, and SUT logistics while ensuring cGMP compliance and efficient system workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain operations with SAP MDManagement.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and Key User for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules and support end-users.
• Create and maintain Material Masters, BOMs, and Resources in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with PD&I, QA, RM, and 3PL on data integrity and workflow alignment.
• Coordinate UAT and system configuration for end-to-end flows with external partners.
