Job summary

Sanofi in the United States seeks a US MDM & Supply Chain Operations Specialist based in Waltham, MA. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA master data, material setup, BOMs, and SUT logistics collaboration with external 3PLs, PD&I, and QA.

You will ensure data integrity, support continuous improvement, and coordinate US UAT for system enhancements, working with global teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Supply Chain, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations, especially SAP Master Data Management and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and Key User for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (Planning, Procurement, EWM).
• Create and maintain Material Masters, BOMs, and Resources in SAP S/4HANA with accurate parameters.
• Coordinate UAT scripts for feature rollouts and upgrades; ensure alignment with US requirements.
• Support PD&I logistics for SUT inventory and outbound shipments to 3PL warehouses.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to align master data with physical handling and stock movements.
