Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, submitting, and placing candidates.
• Source qualified leads through outbound calls, internet research, email outreach, and platforms such as job boards, licensing boards, alumni networks, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Use internal databases and external tools to conduct outreach and build candidate pipelines under guidance of experienced team members.
• Make outbound calls to identify, screen, and build Aya’s provider pipelines.
• Support recruiters by identifying and passing along qualified leads and assisting with candidate submissions for open roles.
• Build and maintain professional relationships internally and externally with potential candidates.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics with guidance and support.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment by staying organized, adaptable, and focused.
