Full Circle Insights is seeking a Salesforce Admin Technical Specialist to assist new customers in implementing Full Circle products, ensuring they utilize a data-first approach. This position involves directly engaging with clients in San Antonio, addressing their technical needs while fostering long-term relationships.

Successful candidates will have an active Salesforce certification, knowledge of marketing operations, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Benefits include health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certification is required.
• Must have experience in marketing operations systems.
• Ability to build consultative skills and understand client goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation of Full Circle products.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into project plans.

Understanding Marketing Operations requirements
